Having decided to manage gallbladder disease through diet for several years, and after being recently diagnosed with A-Fib and prescribed Warfarin (Coumadin), I am interested in finding Low Fat and now Low Vitamin K type meals to suit my needs. Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi AFHenz
There is an article about Low Vitamin K foods here, that might be beneficial to you:

Thank you for taking the time to send link. Having managed the gallstone problems by adjusting diet to reduce fat intake and also by losing weight and increasing / including more greens, I am now very aware of the impact of too many greens and resulting Vitamin K intake on INR .... Dietary options are reducing somewhat
I don't know so much about gallbladder issues, however I do follow an extremely low fat lifestyle. I never eat animal, fish or consume dairy. I never cook with oil. Also I rarely have nuts, and never have avocados.
I consider my lifestyle to be extremely healthy and easy to follow. So as an example today's breakfast was a 2-pint smoothie made from oats, lemon, apple, ginger, garlic, spinach, banana, turmeric and black pepper. This smoothie was so enjoyable with long-lasting nutrition that has nothing but goodness in it. Last night's dinner was rice and vegetable curry that was leftovers and so pulled out of my freezer, so all I had to do was defrost and microwave.
Thanks for taking the time to reply andyswarbs, and for detailing what to me appears a very healthy diet. The problem I have is the Vitamin K aspect which conflicts with the warfarin effect. Having gotten used to low fat diet over the last 6 or 7 years and having had more of a green (vegetable / fruit) diet I now find things such as broccoli, spinach, kale, sprouts and even blueberries can throw out the INR readings resulting in an increase in warfarin medication which I am trying to avoid. I am interested in your comment regarding Avocado, as I have used that as a spread on bread as an alternative to butter, (being low in saturated fat). All trial and error I suppose and will continue to use the MyNetDiary App which I have found useful for food breakdown information and weight monitoring.
