zinc supplements
hi everyone, I’m back hoping for advice please. I’ve just seen my GP regarding my latest blood tests. Her answer to most of the results are you’re fine they’re in the normal range. My zinc levels are 12.6 umol/L (11.0-24). Should I take zinc supplements at this level? I’m already taking D3+K2 and my

Sudden exhaustion. help?!?
Hello all... I was on levothyroxine (t4) AND Liothyronine (t3) but had constant heart reactions so chosen to return to levo only. This was in July 2022. I had been on 75mcg T4/5mcg T3 for some years. I had to lower and then raise slowly because of my overreaction to raises, it was all going well

Aches and Pains and tapering
After reading all blogs about what others have experienced on Prednisone I have many side effects. Blurry eyes, bruising and now a bladder infection that goes away while on antibiotics but returns 36 after discontinuing. My Rheumatologist and I have agreed to taper at a faster rate due to all the side

Donating unused Vitamins
Hi, how is best to go about donating unused vitamins and where takes them? They are unused blister packs of Omega 3 capsules. Got tons of them as I take the other supplement but get them in the same box. Seems a shame to waste them. Thanks!

Managing endometriosis / adenomyosis pain during treatment.
I am currently on Buserelin and Estrogen Patches in prep for my FET first week of Jan. Prior to this I had Prostap for 8 weeks and it really helped with my pain. Towards the last week of the Prostap I could tell my pain was increasing and since starting the other medication it has gotten worse. I

TTC after Prostap 3
Hi everyone,I'm new here 👋🏻 I was wondering if anyone has had treatment with Prostap 3 for endometriosis during covid etc and how long it took for you to ovulate again after finishing Prostap 3. I have been on prostap 3 on and off for around 18 months now, I stopped for 2 months when I had surgery

I was sedated for the procedure itself and did not experience pain, however as I came to in the recovery room I experienced extremely severe pain for well over 20 minutes before recovery room staff finally

Relax and Restore
Just wonder what you do when you need some downtime, in "me" mode. (My issues are mostly fatigue /low energy and pain.). Recently I came to grips with the idea of taking pain meds (just didn't like idea, fearful, stubborn, etc). So I take Tylenol and a low dose prescription as needed. They can be taken

Gabapentin not working?
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this? I used to be on Ropinerole and moved to Gabapentin over the course of the summer. I’ve been up to 1800mg a night (5pm, 7pm, 9pm) for the last couple of months and still finding RLS a problem. The pattern is often this - when I go to bed I wait to see I can

Can Sea Moss Gel affect your thyroid blood test
I recently had a thyroid blood test (nhs) and have been informed by my GP that the results show a slight abnormality and to re take the blood test in one month . The only change I have made is to add Sea Moss Gel to my morning drink , could this have affected my thyroid as Sea Moss Gel contains 92

Coming off pregabalin
I have been thinking of coming off pregabalin. I have been on it now for 2 years and has only really helped me sleep at night. I take 300mg in the morning and 300mg at 6pm.i now take codeine in a morning as the pain is just unbearable but it does actually help me, I still get shocks in my feet and wrists
