I recently had a thyroid blood test (nhs) and have been informed by my GP that the results show a slight abnormality and to re take the blood test in one month .
The only change I have made is to add Sea Moss Gel to my morning drink , could this have affected my thyroid as Sea Moss Gel contains 92 minerals including iodine.

Yes it can affect your thyroid levels. Iodine can make thyroid problems worse particularly if you are not iodine deficient. It was supplementing with iodine that caused my thyroid to go haywire.
