Alendronic Acid
Had a fall at the weekend resulting in a broken wrist. It is an uncomplicated fracture but I have a feeling that the Rhumatologist will try to put me on Alendronic Acid and this is something I really dont want. My first reaction would be to ask for a Dexa Scan to see if its really neccessary and if

Dosage Up - FT3 Down
OK, I am having problems understanding my most recent test results (which puts me in good company on here.) ;-) The only thing that changed with dosage is that I began taking a full 25 mcg tablet of Cytomel because I was having problems cutting them up evenly. To my surprise, although FT4 remained

What Would You Do?
My hubby Jason had a heart attack on June 3rd. There's a slim possibility it was caused by a condition called thrombocytopenia, which can caused internal bleeds. He'd been seeing his GP about it for months, but they were scratching their heads about what its was. They only ever prescribed him steroid

Hi, I’m 38 and for as long as I can remember I’ve always had a foreskin which has not retracted either when erect or flaccid. For many years I wasn’t bothered or effected by this as it did not cause me any pain during intercourse Recently I began stretching exercises and noticed that very slowly

Supplements for endometriosis, detoxification and immune health
Hi ladies, I thought I’d post as I’ve been experiencing some positive change lately and wanted to share what I’ve been doing in the hope that it could bring relief to more people. I’ve read lots on supplements and alternative medicine and from reading about Ayurveda I kind of came across very good supplements
