How do you deal with extreme sensitivity in your penis head after circumcision?
Hi. I’m a 22 year old with Phimosis. I’m strongly considering circumcision because I’m unable to have sex due to the extreme sensitivity and pain of my penis head (under my foreskin) when it’s touched and the fear of getting Paraphimosis again. I have tried every alternative to circumcision such as

VITS before BLOOD TEST
Hi, I'm due another blood test soon, GP for TSH, and Medichecks for the rest. I know not to take Levothyroxine for 24hrs before test. I'm also taking Magnesium Malate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 MK-7 and L-Selenomethionine. Should I stop these before testing or continue? Thanks in advance.

Every time I say “it can only go up from here” - something else happens. PTSD update: I had a very severe allergic reaction to olanzapine. I’m covered in rashes/hives and it’s only getting worse and covering more and more of my body. I’ve been taking Benadryl, and went to the doctor. I’m on a steroid

How to Cure This Without Cream? [Specifically]
Hello, I'm an 18 year old male who is uncircumcised. When I'm flaccid I can retract easily. When I'm fully erect, it only goes back like 2/3 of the way down the head. I can pull my skin back while flaccid and wait to get erect, but it feels tight and bunched up under the head. I want my penis to not

While I was in hospital (for a month) following my MVR I developed a really itchy rash. Despite treating it with prescribed moisturiser, low dose steroid cream and antibacterial/antifungal cream I still have it 9 weeks later. I saw my Dr today (face to face) and she diagnosed discoid eczma and prescribed

Do we need to take Vitamin D if we ae taking Vitamin D3 for op ?
dr eric berg videos In his video (I will have to try and get another link as the one isn't coming up) it states that as well as taking Vitamin D3 we need to be taking Vit D. I take Vit D3 but cannot find a separate Vit D supplement. I understand that Vit D is Vit D1 and 2 and Vit D2 can only be sourced

Hair loss/Blood test results help please
I had my thyroid removed 2 months ago. I’m now experiencing severe hair loss, to the point where I’m worried I’m going to be completely bald within a year. Every day when I brush my hair, my hairbrush disappears under a HUGE pile of hair that’s fallen out. No matter how often I vacuum my floors, they
