Hi, I stopped Eligard a year ago when my testosterone was 2.5 ng/dl and PSA was 0.01. Recently my testosterone started to rise to 60 ng/dl and PSA to 0.07. With this new testosterone level I feel good but not safe.
Can you advise me what to do?

Just watch it. After 3 consecutive increases it's time to discuss scans , if not sooner. Maybe it will rise and level off. Maybe it will keep rising and scans will show where it is and then targeted treatment may come into play. Or systemic treatment may be required if targeted cannot be employed. Time will tell so enjoy your life to the fullest until test results give you an idea of how to proceed. This is just my opinion and I wish you the best of luck on however you proceed.
You PSA is still quite low. I would monitor every 2 months and then get a MRI or PSMA-PET scan if it gets too high.
Most of this is subjective. You are your oncologist should come up with a plan. If PSA gets to 0.2, get a scan and consider re starting ADT, depending upon scan results. Ultimately is is a decision between you and your doc taking into account your disease, QOL, tolerance for risk.
