I will be coming off Orgovyx in four to six months. My testosterone level is currently at 8. Erections and orgasms are nonexistent. PSA is <0.1. Age is 85.

Can I consider testosterone replacement safely?

I think your doctor will want you to be free of external testosterone for a couple of years so there is proof that all the cancer has been killed. But I see the argument for TRT to just a normal level.
