So Confusing
How do you know for sure your child has ADHD? My son has been diagnosed with general anxiety from a therapist. His teachers and regular pediatrician jumped to ADHD. Got an assessment from the school that says he is ED (Emotionally Disturbed). Took him to a psychologist to hear about ADHD meds and assess

Inj. Hertraz insurance cover
Hi Everyone, This is regarding insurance cover for Trastuzumab(Hertraz Inj.). The cashless claim for this was rejected recently for 2nd cycle claiming it was not payable by UHC TPA, while the same was approved for the 1st cycle. I don't know why they rejected it for 2nd cycle. I have applied for reimbursement

Gluten free diet
I have been trying to lose some weight since my last afib event two weeks ago. I’ve adopted a gluten free (ish) diet and I’ve managed to lose some weight which is great. However there’s been an unexpected benefit in that my ectopics have reduced significantly. Yes I guess not eating as much helps but

Flaxseed oil and endometriosis?
Hello, I’m thinking of taking Rain Soul and Core Seed Oils but they have Flaxseed oil in them, I have read so much conflicted advice but I’m scared to rock the boat as my Endo pain is manageable at the moment. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Myo and D Chiro Inositol for Hashimotos
Hi all I’d really appreciate your thoughts. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos around 6 years ago after gradually becoming very unwell with Hypo symptoms. Two years ago I found out the Hashimotos had destroyed my ovarian reserve and after a number of false starts and two rounds of IVF my consultant advised

Making your own hand Sanitiser
I’ve ordered some Aloe Vera gel,
tea
tree
and lavender
oil
and will get a bottle of vodka. Mix it all up as per YouTube video. Saves on plastic bottles as I can refill the one I have and hopefully save carrying germs by using it regularly. Promise I won’t drink the Vodka.

Hello, fellow sufferers. Just wanted to put up a positive post for once. What can I do if Levothyroxine doesn't work for me despite my G.P telling me it does?
Hi all unfortunately I have been put back on Teva levothyroxine as a health board who once prescribed the wonderful Armour now refuses to supply it as I live outside the area even though I have to attend their hospital for endo appointments. I have been put back on levo 100mcg and since being on them

Balanitis/Fungal/Bacterial Infection - Solution Found
I also tried a coconut
oil
and
tea
tree
oil
mix. Same thing, not much help. I got so desperate, I put straight
tea
tree
oil
on my penis. Worst idea. Made it worse. Stung like hell. Next, miconazole 2% topical treatment. Simple over the counter stuff for jock itch/yeast infections.

Ivf.... Pcos... One tip a day... Tip 2...
When I'm on letrozole for 5months I couldn't conceive but when I did this butterfly pose I did conceived on the same month but ended up MC with undiagnosed thyroid issues. Try butterfly pose which helps open those blocked tubes with castor oil pack after doing this pose... Follow for one tip a day..

Sons thyroid results
Hi, My son (18) has just had a full thyroid check with Medicheck. We did this because he is often very tired and I have Hashimotos (and my mother had Lupus, so AI in the family). I thought he may have it too. His results are: CRP HS 0.14 (0-5) Ferritin 192 (30-400) Folate serum 6.03 (3.89-19.45)

Castor oil packs
Hi. Have anybody been using Castor oil compress to deal with their endometriosis? Did it work? Any tips? I have severe endo diagnosed 3 years ago after ttc for 2 years. First ivf was successful. We had a spontaneous pregnancy 10 weeks ago that ended up in missed miscarage. The good thing we've learnt

Newbie/ Medichecks results
Hi, As a newbie to all of this I’d really appreciate some help and advice. A few weeks ago I went to see my GP because I was feeling exhausted. I’ve been many times over the years, and looking back, my visits have been around tiredness (mostly), feeling like there’s a lump in my throat when swallowing

Teva Liothyronine ingredients and side effects
I wondered have people noticed that the Teva T3 has the same side effects as their T4? I was recently given Teva t3 tablets by the pharmacy and have been having tummy problems for a while now and it seems to be getting worse. I’m trying to work out why. I’d read that the T3 didn’t have the same issues

Endometrial Cancer- 8 months remission-after 4 years trying
Hi friends, As we all worry and deal with covid-19 pandemic, I thought it would be good to share some success I have been having, mostly because I never expected this much success...even though I remain open to the idea that my cancer can recur. I am in remission about 8 months! My doc always said he

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

In January I was sent for blood tests by a gynaecologist and he happened to check my thyroid as he was doing a full check. I was told by the GP that the results showed i had a ’massively’ underactive thyroid and she went through the symptoms with me- most of which I’d been suffering with but I’d put
