So I'm trying naturally but think it's difficult. now that I'm staying home I started doing this kettlebell which burns calories very quickly I'm able to sleep soon and happily like never before hope everything goes well and my body get ready for FET. I'm also applying castor oil and hot water packs to open my one blocked tube before having sex.... Also this butterfly pose in yoga works well for conceiving as I tried it when I conceived last time but I miscarried at 10 weeks due to undiagnosed thyroid last year hope everything goes well with us and let's hope for normal life.... Everybody are waiting for ivf clinics to function normally... Meanwhile workout hard at home get your body ready for little ones... Anyone please Share any tips to reduce 5kg weight in 2months thanks..

Hi Same0508,

Hope your well, my first round of IVF has also been postponed due to covid 19 and it's so upsetting. Just wanted to advise that during this period... it's a great idea to get your body in good shape whilst this is going on in the world. Honestly..... exercise releases good endorphins In our body.

Before covid19 I was going gym training 3 times a week minimum because I was due to start 1st round this month, so I was doing weights since this pandemic I brought a cross trainer and have been vigorously training 50mins a day level 20.. burning 1000 calories a day I do this every evening before I eat dinner 6 times a week. I absolutely hate cardio but I know the harder I sweat the bigger the impact it will have on weight loss and it's been 3 weeks so far doing cardio which I never have done ever and I've seen mad results. I weigh 63kg which is near enough 10 stone so I ideally need to get to 58kg which is 9stone.. it's going to be hard but determination is what will reach my goals.

I think it's important for you to get your body in good shape.. cardio and using kettlebell weights is the best thing for u to do.... you are lifting weight and raises your heart rate so there for you will sweat and burn crazy calories. Stick at it, as it will help your mind and body and make sure you stick to taking your multi vitamins and introduce veg and fruits into your diet. The more we prepare our bodies the better it's going to impact our systems.

Drink loads of water, and cut out fizzy drinks... when u get a craving for something sweet... What i did was buy loads of packets of mini eggs and when I get a craving I'll have 2 or 3 to satisfy my craving.

All the best, and remember you've got this... it's important for u to remember to get a head start so when everything's up and running.. your body is in good condition.

Hope we get spontaneous BFP this month with all the good vibes and training... best of luck xxx

Hi,

If your getting pain on your left side and your due to ovulate this week.. it must be to do with your ovaries and follicles I would say. I always get a little pain during my ovulation week.... but I'm always checking before expected ovulation days and then check once I finish to see how long it lasts etc..

Honestly keeping your mind off the pain, by working out is a great distraction... U just got to remember.... the amount of exercise u put into this during this pandemic when we come out of it and clinics open ur body will be in a much better position.

We got this!!🙏 all the best, hope u feel better soon x

Jesus. 63kg is beautifully perfect, why 58kg. I remember when I went for ivf, I was advised I must not be more than 75kg, my height is average at 5ft 8. Woooow you are really determined and doing well. I wish you good luck. Hugs.

Aww thank you Mary80, I know it sounds crazy but I just figured trying to loose that much weight and get to that weight for my height would be better and giving myself a goal to work towards would successfully help me in my fertility journey. I'm hoping during pandemic maybe if I drastically try reduce some weight maybe a miracle may happen who knows. Plus when I start treatment I know... alot of people get alot of bloating and swelling. I guess if I loose weight then when I get to that stage I would of added more weight ontop of my current 63kg weight. Lol... yeah I'm determined to do this. 💪 hope your well... I'm going to have a little read on your journey in your profile now. Xx

Sorry no other advice other than to get your TSH under 2.5 as recommended for conceiving and in pregnancy. Good luck xxx

Hi Same, I also have hypothyroidism. I recently learnt from veg that are bad for tyroid. Also strawberries. I will send you the list. Re weight loss, I managed to loose 2kg by cutting cheese and nuts out of my diet. Did no exercise as I read too much cardio is bad for conceiving naturally. Xx

Agree with Jasmeet that drinking water is awesome. Also a good idea to drink water when you're hungry. Sometimes it's just that you're thirsty and not actually hungry! And I have found tracking calories to be useful for me (although I'm trying to gain weight). I use myfitnesspal.com (I'm not in sales for them, just mentioning them as a good website). Good idea to get your body in the best place for this; I am doing the same. 😊 xxxx

Hi Same. Lately i put chia seeds in my water and keeps me from snacking 24/7 x

What I did to lose weight after failed ivf from 85kg to 75kg ..... I think it took me two months and few weeks or three months.

I started with water fasting after I watched some videos on you tube. I did for three days lol, and I stopped I couldn't do more than that. But it helped. I also cut off carbohydrates, I ate Cous Cous instead of rice and pasta, no bread,no cheese.

I also started fruit juicing, it's on you tube, skipped breakfast and eat from 1pm. Except on Sundays after I returned from church I eat fruits for breakfast with plenty water. Im very lazy to go the gym, so I normally walk for few hours anytime I'm free.

The fruit juice could be anything like Spinach, kale, mixed berries, banana just any fruit of your choice.

If you can buy some of these fruits organic that will be great. Though organic fruits are quite expensive.

My dear I wish you all the best. Hugs
