Hi. Have anybody been using Castor oil compress to deal with their endometriosis? Did it work? Any tips?
I have severe endo diagnosed 3 years ago after ttc for 2 years. First ivf was successful. We had a spontaneous pregnancy 10 weeks ago that ended up in missed miscarage. The good thing we've learnt is that we can try naturally to get pregnant again.it was my tubes that was deemed useless.
Will Castor oil help? If not, what could help?
Any tips will be appreciated x

Hi Buisquits, I have used castor oil packs. I don't have endo diagnosed but I had 2 chocolate cysts. I used them once or twice a week for a few months before my last cycle and when I started stimming the nurses didn't mention my cysts again. I think it really helped melt them away. Plus it feels really nice and because you have to lie down for an hour with a hot water bottle it is a perfect opportunity to relax and feels like you're pampering your body a bit. Xxx
Thank you for your response! Sounds like the packs are a real treat, especially if you have a crazy 16month old running around. Good excuse to get daddy on board!
I'm waiting for the bleeding to finish and I will give it a go.
