Sometimes we wonder why bad things happen... sorry a bit long but really need to vent 😭
It's kind of hard to write what is happening but I've been really emotional and tearful lately. About three weeks ago went to gp and in tears, asked if he could give me something to calm me a bit he said no. Today, I'm on my period and having bouts of crying/wailing no stop. I'm with my son this weekend

Drug Trial - Visit 15
Hi Everyone, well that's it, Drug Trial at an end, just a phone call in a months time to check that all is well. At my last visit I had all the usual tests, blood, spirometry, ECG, urine and a full examination by a Doctor. All seemed to be well so no worries there. The last month I've been on nebulized

Acute pain in my hip bone to my toes. Vit D and Calcium deficiency
I'm 26 years old female. Back in 2012 I got a benign tumor surgery of an overgrown bone under my left leg's knee. Got it removed. Reports were all clear but I still had a Calcium and Vit D deficiency. I didn't do anything for these deficiencies though. Now in 2015 pain in joints wrists, knees and shoulders

Scared everyday
Everyday I'm convinced I'm dying! I've been feeling so ill for about a month now, constantly feeling nauseous, headaches that I think are a brain tumor or anuerism, weakness, tired all day and overall mentally not right which makes me think even more that I have a brain ailment, I'm constantly scared

Drug trial - Visit 14
Well, here we are nearly at the end of the trial, I am now on the 'real thing'! Visit 14 was a very long one, I had a full physical examination, a 12-lead ECG, lung function (spirometry), 6 minute walk test, urine sample and blood test, and then the study drug given and my lung function checked by spirometry

Hi. A question. I have been feeling unwell since last Wednesday. Lower back pain, general achy feeling all over. Went to doctor on Thursday who suspected urine infection and gave me Trimethoprim. She also ordered blood and urine tests. Over the weekend I felt worse and had a couple of hypo attacks

Genova Testing
Dear TUK I have found a provate Doctor who I believe might finally be able to help me. He has suggested a T3/T4 urine test and Adrenal Salavia test from Genova. I note on your page with reference to them that the Plebatory service is temporarily available. But the telephone number is still listed.

Having hypo symptoms
I'm hoping someone can help. I am not getting on well with the Levothyroxine - it makes my symptoms worse and not better. I went to the GP 3 times last week to talk about my results and that I feel no benefit on the Levothyroxine - 2 of the GPs asked me if everything at home was ok, which I knew they

Saw a 2nd GP
You all know my story. I will again attach my results just so you remember me. I spoke to a useless gp 2 weeks ago about my results and today I finally got to talk to my GP. He said my TSH at 5.33 was not borderline hypothyroid. He said i wouldn't be symptomatic. He said my B12 was fine. My Ferritin
