FET supliments??
So after a hellish week of waiting for a phone call, I was advised today that I have 2 frozen embryos! Feel like I can relax and breath again! Not having my FET for a few months. I was looking for some pre- FET supliment advice? Pre egg-collection I have been taking high dose Folic Acid, Vitamin D, CoQ10

I’m 4 years into menopause and I am struggling so much right now and wondered if anyone could offer some help or questions for me to ask in my upcoming appointment on Tuesday, I’ve been trying to cope on my own but I think

A small molecule induces readthrough of cystic fibrosis CFTR nonsense mutations
An experimental drug reported in Nature Communications suggests that a “path is clearly achievable” to treat currently untreatable cases of cystic fibrosis disease caused by nonsense mutations. This includes about 11 percent of cystic fibrosis patients, as well as patients with other genetic diseases

Fatigue--Side effects of Ursodiol?
Hi I am new to this forum and grateful that it exists. I have just been diagnosed with PBC (early stage) and was put on Ursodiol. I am 62 and otherwise really healthy and fit. Yet at this point. I am really struggling with fatigue (and occasional dizzy spells) and wondering if anybody else experienced

PD and Depression
My mama has had PD for over 15 years and a fall a few years ago , with a C2 fracture put her on bed . The thing is that the doctors gave up on her. She had a nasal tube for 4 months which messed up her swallowing and hence her speech . I remember even after the accident in the hospital she was talking

Fungus Among Us: High Ochratoxin A Found in People with Parkinsonism
Yes, Somic67 posted this same video 11 months ago. https://healthunlocked.com/cure-parkinsons/posts/144253830/pd-caused-by-fungus But I just saw the video, we get a lot of new people here, and I have some thoughts on this. I'm also going to pilfer from the LAJ12345 comment on the thread and their link

Illusion....Its all an illusion
Harm intrusive thoughts. They cause anxiety, shame, depression and fear. Some may know I've been battling them for months and while its gotten better, sometimes they come out of nowhere and put me my edge. Not to commit the thought but to be on alert....for nothing. I realize we suffer more in our imagination

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

..........and the guilty supplement is...........?
Hey everybody. I’m back on the supplements band wagon after a couple of years deciding that they were more money than they were worth. But we try anything twice as PWP right? 😂 Trouble is, one of these little beauties is giving me terrible upset tummy (gurgling like Ol’ Faithful). Without me trying

Hi everyone 😊 I am on duloxatine(cymbalta) antidepressants. I also get some Xanax for anxiety and panic attacks. I only take them when needed . I have always had problems with my mental health. And is understandably worse since sah. I am worried that my doctor will stop prescribing the Xanax . So

Medication for af and heart failure
I have been put on by Cardiology at Stoke Bisoprolol 5mg twice per day Plus Degoxin 0.187mg per day and Entresto 24/26 twice per day. I also take 10mg of Zolpidem around 2am in the night as I always wake up in middle of the night due to sleep disturbance of my heart medications. The Zolpidem works

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Bone medication
I have been taking Ibandronic acid for a few years now for brittle bones due to years of Lupus meds. Recently my new dentist made a point of saying that they look out for it on people’s records as it causes teeth and jaw problems!! My friend just had the same reaction from her dentist. What’s going

Alendronic Acid and migraines
Has anyone had migraines associated with alendronic acid? I took AA for 3 weeks and then stopped (with GP blessing - see other posts). I was diagnosed with ocular migraines about 3 years ago and had a very occasional one. They are migraines with an aura and all the associated blind spots and weird visual

Dexa scan results
Bit distraught. Got my dexa results today and it appears I have osteopenia throughout the lumber spine and total hip with osteoporosis of femoral neck. Wish I'd taken the flipping alendronic acid now! What now? Is any of this reversible? Feeling very tearful, please help.
