Changing tones

Do some food/drinks raise you T at any point?

I also get the same increases with stress and exercise

After a shortly while it does back to base level . I trust this won’t make it worse in the long term?

I also note that my T can react to some background noises and remain at a higher level for a short while. Is this all normal and does it settle?

Finally does anyone suffer from ear fullness? Feels like you’ve been on a plane and just landed. I’ve had this feeling constantly since the T started.

Thanks

stress and tinnitus interact with each other ; lowering stress will often improves how you cope with tinnitus

Four yes answers to your questions: Parmesan cheese skyrockets my T; as does HIIT exercise. And I have the 'ear fullness' combined with vibration and the intermittent sound of thunder. This will occur when I am particularly tired and stressed. PS, there's nothing 'normal ' concerning T. Anything goes! All the best

Thanks for the reply. Does the ear fullness ever go away? (In time?)

Good day to you, sir. My ear fullness comes and goes with the spikes. 'Funny?' thing is that it only affects my 'good' ear and never bothered with the other side, which is almost deaf and permanently bothered by T.
