She is convinced that
stress
is part of the problem and that CBT would help my RLS. I can't see it myself but would be grateful to know if anyone has found it helpful. Many thanks.

2023: W8R1 - problems, but solved š :-)
Partly due to the
stress
of the past few days and partly due to the
stress
of having to go for a run. You found out that running is more mental for me than I could have ever imagined and I love that I "harden my mind" by running. So I ran out, but I really didn't want to meet anyone today.

Coping with unexplained flare ups
And when you can't pin an episode on food/
stress
etc it's hard to know what to do next to improve things. Thanks so much in advance - really appreciate having this forum of people who have really been there!

Concerned wife
I have heart health anxiety and am really upset about this, I am trying not to
stress
hubbie about this, but surely something like this should be being fast tracked in case he has a heart attack. Is this common as we age, he had COVID with pneumonia, could that have caused it?

Meralgia Parastheticaā¦more and more pain
As you can imagine the pain, lack of sleep and
stress
has set off a flare. I had tapered to 10 after 7 years and two serious relapses. I am thinking of taking 20 mg out if desperation. I am allergic to the usual nerve meds such as Amyltriptilline and Gabapentin.

Worried about spotting
I assumed that it was
stress
because Iām in my second year at uni and have just had some exams which I was very stressed about. However I was hoping that once I stopped being stressed, the bleeding would stop.

I sight needed
I had a craniotomy 2014. Acquired TBI. My husband is a veteran. He too has ptsd but there is no way he will admit it. I have ptsd too. The horrible world situation is too much for me. I can no longer discuss it with him. It is triggering. But he does not stop. He discusses with his brother daily. I have

autophagy and Parkinsonās
When I was 20 years old, I went through some severe
stress
that caused me to start sleepwalking eating. I wouldnāt realize that I was doing it. Fast-forward 18 years, 5 to 6 times a week on average, I would sleepwalk and eat. I get diagnosed with Parkinsonās.

Coach B also reminded me not to
stress

What a difference a new Cardiologist makes
That in itself creates
stress
. Think he is afraid of complaint. I've asked hi secretary to ask him to he write to me. Picking letter up Tuesday Evidently he was surprised I had another Cardiologist. What are we to do, wait forever x

Stressed out and sad
I have this cute hamster named Teddy and holding him doesn't always help, but sometimes I get some relief from my
stress
. Money is not abundant right now and for the girl that is great with numbers...is terrible with money when I am stressed. I just need a break.
