And when you can't pin an episode on food/

etc it's hard to know what to do next to improve things. Thanks so much in advance - really appreciate having this forum of people who have really been there!

What a difference a new Cardiologist makes
That in itself creates
stress
. Think he is afraid of complaint. I've asked hi secretary to ask him to he write to me. Picking letter up Tuesday Evidently he was surprised I had another Cardiologist. What are we to do, wait forever x

autophagy and Parkinson’s
When I was 20 years old, I went through some severe
stress
that caused me to start sleepwalking eating. I wouldn’t realize that I was doing it. Fast-forward 18 years, 5 to 6 times a week on average, I would sleepwalk and eat. I get diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

It would actually be really nice to have some friendly faces to meet for a cuppa or something once a month or whenever and no pressure because we all understand how it feels to suffer if cancel last minute or change plans or anything
stress
free.

Coach B also reminded me not to
stress
if I’m struggling to fit a 5K in this week. I could have just sat on the sofa watching yet another predictable Christmas film but instead we got a 30 min run under our belt.

Letting people down because of IBS
The
stress
has been awful the past 3 weeks to a month now. I kept "positive-talking" myself and saying I need to be resilient like I always was before. Then I went ahead, and should have been travelling Tuesday.

STRESS & ARTHRITIS FLARE UPS UPDATE
Good morning folks, thanks to all who replied, lot's to think about and ideas to work on. One thing is obvious, when I calm down the pain eases. Laughter helps. I'm trying meditation, looked at a yoga class but it wasn't right for me and bought a book, Neuro-linguistic programming for dummies which

Will the cardiologist listen if I show them my Fitbit heart rate graphs?
I was told I'd be having tests like an echocardiogram and maybe a
stress
test but my letter says it's a 10 minute video call with the cardiologist. I have palpitations that are being managed with beta blockers but I'm still getting sudden spikes in my heart rate which are captured by my Fitbit.

pressure sore - healed after over a year on bed/sofa-rest
Around March last year I noticed a sore patch but because of
stress
of moving (in July 2022) I ignored thhe red flags. By the time I had moved the pressure sore was the size of a fist and Grade 4 - they wanted me in hospital as I don’t have care 24 hours.
