Not thyroid for a change but an awful lot of symptoms we all recognise that often hit at the same time as failing thyroids

Good morning and thanks for this Eeyore100. My husband has me thinking these things are in my head. Hopefully some reference will help him to understand that alongside having to deal with thyroid issues, there are other things in the pipeline that can throw me off (including him, at times :-)). One of them is low resilience and tolerance levels. It doesn't help that he can be less than empathetic when I need it most.

I'm with you there... we no longer take walks together as I can't go at his speed without crashing and he won't go at my speed! The joyous outcome is wonderful solitary nature bathing walks, podcasts, stopping to chat to people or outrageously bad singing and dodgy dance move walks... He gets to tinker with an old motorbike 😅 we are slowly evolving

Don't forget to embrace the opportunities change can bring 🤗 we just need to grow through them and find our revised happy, I'm loving this new phase, maybe because I'm prioritizing me for a change 😏...
