Correct dose of b12 post abdominal surgery/stoma bag
Many years ago he was diagnosed with Crohns disease and over the years has had extensive abdominal
surgery
. He now has a
stoma
bag. At present he is taking 1000mcg of b12 but I have recently read that he needs at least 2000 mcg! He is constantly feeling unwell!
