A survey of your experiences of one-piece closed stoma bags

Hello everyone,

I am posting about the submission we are making to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE ) for their Late-Stage Assessment on one-piece closed bags for adults with a colostomy. Thank you so much to those of you who have already contacted us with your feedback for this.

We have come up with a quick survey to make it easier for anyone who has a stoma as a result of treatment for ovarian cancer, uses or has used one-piece stoma bags and is based in the UK, to share their thoughts and experiences with us, so that they can be included anonymously in our submission to NICE. We anticipate that it will take 10 – 15 minutes to complete. Our submission would really benefit from being informed by the widest range of experiences possible, so if you have a stoma as a result of treatment for ovarian cancer, use or have used one-piece closed stoma bags and are based in the UK, we would love to hear from you.

I will certainly complete the survey when I next sit down for 15 minutes! On another note I did request to join your stoma support group but no link ever arrived, how do I go about trying again? Many thanks
