scared of cancer
hi there, I’m making this post because I’m worried that I have pancreatic cancer, or something else. so for the past month my ribs hurt when I press or sleep on them, and I have pain mostly in my upper abdomen and more severe pain in my upper back. I have itchy skin all over and for the past few days

Anyone know where a copy of this particular IC diet is online?
This Interstitial Cystitis diet is the only thing that saves me from suffering. I wish it was given to me years ago before all the unnecessary pain/bleeding/drs visits/investigations/blood & urine tests/useless physio exercises/hospital Emergency Department visits/Cystoscopies, and stupid procedures

Serum iodine test, UK
Has anyone in the UK had a serum iodine test and can recommend a postal test supplier? I had one 6y ago done by Doctors Lab via Blue Horizon but there is some doubt if it can be done via post (I await confirmation but seek options anyhow). I live well away from London where I believe it could be done

The first urine sample given at my surgery indicated some infection and 3 days prescription of antibiotics given - I have under-active thyroid so I knew this was not enough.. after the 3 days the UTI returned

Questions about Methyl mega dose v's daily cyano
Hello all you smart wonderful people, I can't tell you what a relief it is to have this place to come. One can feel very alone in this. So, jade_s thought I should start a thread. Some of you may remember, I accidentally took 27 days of methyl in 5 days. I did not feel too great for about 10 days.

COLISTIN NOW FOR 11 DAYS AND STILL HAVE PSEUDOMONAS
I am nebulizing it twice a day after using saline and levbuteral but still have the Psedomonas non mucoid and mucoid. Wed I am getting a PORT, as I had so many issues with the Pic. Any suggestions as to why I still have the infection and when will the Colistin work or won't it?

Problems in diagnosing.
So I am literally feeling at the end of my tether now. For many years I have had various symptoms. A lot of them started after being on the contraceptive injection which beforehand I was a very active healthy person, now I feel completely the opposite. I gained around 4 Stone whilst on the injection

Ordered my nebuliser today😊
Recommended by GP to get a nebuliser so I can do saline nebs to help my lung clearance. To avoid the inevitable long waiting list to be dealt with by NHS for this, I took advice and have today ordered a Pari boy classic machine for myself, which will arrive ( postal strikes permitting) on Monday.

Strange abdomen pains since July
I’ve become so preoccupied about these pains as they are pretty much constant, happening every few minutes. The pains aren’t crippling, more like little uncomfortable twinges in my stomach area. They can also be in one area of and then the next minute it can be on a totally different side. I also have
