Magnesium Information
Hello all, In preparation for my appointment today with my cardiologist, I did a bunch more research on the micronutrients I've shared about in other posts. I've been curious about magnesium, knowing that it's supposed to be helpful for AF, but always confused about which type is best. Here's what I

Getting a negative result on Amphetamine urine despite being on generic Adderall daily.
I've been treated for ADD for at least the past 10 years and prescribed Adderall ( currently taking the generic version by Prasco). I take 25 mg of Adderall XR and 10mg of immediate release mid day. I take my meds religiously. My new doctor gave me two urine test to screen for Amphetamines and BOTH came

AMINES
I am new to this site. I am treatment resistant to hypertensive drugs twice ending up in hospital and other significant problems. I have had my kidneys scanned and urine tests. Now the suggestion is reduced intake of AMINES. Plus zero alcohol. Plus CBT. Has anyone experience of this regime?

I’m scared that my fresh cycle can be cancelled 😢
This is my 3rd cycle...and the worst one so far . I start this cycle on 27 jan starting from a synarel spray . Had on time my period on 3rd feb for 4 days . Last week 19 feb I had down regulation scan to see how I’m doing on spray. So my ovaries look good and “quiet “ no cysts ...but my lining is bit

What is wrong with me??
Hi everyone, I've been scouring forums for days trying to find answers but I'm at a loss. This is a fairly long story so apologies in advance! 5 years ago I started getting recurrent UTI'S once a month, the doctor's would give me antibiotics for a week & send me on my way. After maybe a year of this

Heart Calm/CoQ10 experiment update
Hello everyone! First, a practical question about the forum. Is it best to start a new post on a topic that's been discussed if some time has passed, as opposed to continuing on an old thread? That's basically what I'm doing here, but am open to learning from those who've been here longer. My impression

Plant Doctor speaks about people stopping being vegan
Dr Garth Davis responds clearly to millenials (youtubers etc) who give up veganism arguing by and large they were not following healthy diets, instead fad diets, certainly not following any diet recommended by Garth Davis himself. He talks about how their diets fall short. https://www.youtube.com/watch

Chronic Hydronephrosis, Will CKD Progress?
Hello all, I am so thankful to have found this community! Our story is a little bit different than some, but I'd appreciate any and all input. My son, now 11 years old, had episodes of vomiting and stomach pain from the time he was 3 years old. Dr's though he had food sensitivities but could never find

Chest is being a little *ahem* snitch
I have severe asthma-although-possibly-not (long story but I’m happy to divulge if anyone is interested) and although my lung function was in the normal range at my last clinic appointment, it was reduced for me. This was my first appointment at the new clinic in a different county so all that really

Kidney issues
Has anyone experienced burning pain in their kidneys? Not necessarily after being to the toilet or needing it, just every so often it feels like they are on fire. Ive had many urine tests, all have come back neg for any infection. Is this a side effect of endo? TIA, Paige

Ultrasound at first midwife appointment?
Hi everyone, I'm new here and 8 weeks pregnant. I've had my appointment come through for my first midwife appointment which is in about 4 weeks (eek!). I'm really confused about whether I'll also be having my first ultrasound at the same appointment? There's info with the letter about the screening
