Anyone know where a copy of this particular IC diet is online?

This Interstitial Cystitis diet is the only thing that saves me from suffering.

I wish it was given to me years ago before all the unnecessary pain/bleeding/drs visits/investigations/blood & urine tests/useless physio exercises/hospital Emergency Department visits/Cystoscopies, and stupid procedures like bladder distensions and years of permanent antibiotics that didn't do anything but cause issues elsewhere (eg kidneys?).

I can't find this exact copy online -even from the official website, and hope to find a simple online link, rather than having to laboriously upload all the pages for IC sufferers. (I hope all 6 pages have been uploaded?)

It's not quite the same as the diet I was given.

I would've uploaded all pages with my original topic question but couldn't.

Looked at your links and they differ somewhat from the particular diet I was prescribed years ago.

This Interstitial Cystitis Diet is the only thing that works for me, stopping pain, bleeding, ER visits, permanent antibiotics that don't work et-boring-cetera.

Plan is to simply post a single link to the diet for people asking for help. -If I can find/work out a way to do it!

In the meantime, on here, I'm uploading one page per day as it doesn't allow me to do them all on my original post. Or, all at once in this response section.
