How long will I need ADT?
Had RP in Oct 2020 with recent reoccurrence. I started ADT 3 months ago which is planned for 12 to 18 months. Start 37 sessions of radiotherapy mid January. My psa last week was 0.01 down from 12 and rising before ADT. Wondering if ADT is not curative maybe this might be shorter??

Ideas for coping with self isolation please.
How did you cope with self isolation before surgery? I had my PCR test on 29 December to go in on 3 January for my debulking op on 4 January. It's day 3 and I am really struggling with not seeing anyone and it is exacerbating my anxiety about the op too. I just want a hug really but I live on my own.

I have been treated for lung cancer for six years. Originally in left lung. Then spread to lymph nodes in neck. Good news now gone but just been diagnosed with prostate cancer. About to start hormone treatment then in a couple of months will start radiotherapy. Here we go again! Kevin.

Spine Radiation Treatment Next Week
Since my last post where I'd had an MRI scan and they were concerned about size of lesion on my T12 vertebrae, several people have reviewed all my scans. Yesterday I met with Consultant Radiographer and recommended to have treatment. I'm not in any pain but this lesion is starting to surround the spinal

Pelvic pain
Hi this is my second round of cancer had APR in 2018, removal of my rectum and permanent colostomy. In 2020 had secondary cancer which decided to wrap its self around the nerves in front of my sacrum, so was given chemo and radio therapy, this did the trick and tumour disappeared and I'm on 3 monthly

Regrowth after gamma-knife?
Does anybody know what the re-growth probability is many years after stereotactic radiosurgery? I had treatment for an AN in 2013, which then decreased in size and then remained constant to 13x8x9mm until at least 2019 (last MRI). I've had a sudden increase in tinnitus in the past 10 days or so, so I'm

Decision making of a patient with stage 4 glioblastoma
I want to know if a person with a stage 4 glioblastoma who has had radiation therapy is capable of deciding if family members can be updated on his condition? What info can a doctor share with the personal representative if the patient objects?
