Compression boots w/heat

Hello,

So far the only the only things I have found to help my severe RLS is 15 mgs of methodone w/400 mgs of magnesium (long term fix about 24 hrs), hot baths with epsom salt (short term fix, maybe 30 mins.) Being how I do NOT want to be on methodone for ever. I am looking for other solutions. I was thinking of requesting the Air Compression Boots w/heat for Christmas. Has anyone here with RLS used this kind of device to relieve their symptoms? And if so has it worked also if it has worked please let me know of the name of the model that worked for you. Also, I was given a TENS machine for my back & neck due to several herniated/bludging discs, has anyone used a TENS machine on legs for RLS relief? Any info would be appreciated.
