was on Armour in first half of year 1.5 grain tsh around 2.4
Then in summer July swapped to Metatvive bovine 80mg am 40mg pm to try save money but only just had bloods so been about 12 weeks and tsh 5.23!
Also fought to get liothyronine again so asked for 15 mcg 3 x 5mg pills
On the conversion chart I found
Armour is 1.5 grain = 150 levo
5 t3 = 25 levo?
Can anyone advise what I can use with the t3 other than Metatvive ? And how to space it out throughout the day or shall I take it all at once I used to just take it in the am as I want to increase my t4 levels
So far I am trying 80mg metavive and 5 t3 then I was going to gradually add the other two 5 pills next two weeks to see if that helps bring my tsh down to around 1 or under?
I didnt no whether to try nutri thyroid again with the t3 as I had a reaction to levo so I didnt want to try it again not been on it for 4 years but I dont really want to take t3 on its own any ideas as I have high cocortisol on the salavia test so trying a herbal tincture to see if it helps
My current levels just on metatvive bovine 80 am 40 pm are since july
Tsh 5.23 (iam very hypo symptoms) and got very low iron too causing issues
T4 13.2 gone up as only 10 on armour ?
