Myo-Inositol
Hi everyone, I’ve know lots of people take Myo-inositol for PCOS but has anyone used it to improve their fertility in general? I’ve just got a supplement catalog through with my ubiquinol order and it mentions it’s good as a fertility supplement. Just wondered if it’s worth trying? I currently take

College is worse than hell.. but a bit hopeful
I'm currently in my Second Year and (was) thinking of focusing on English Literature as my main subject. But now I'm regretting it. None of the other subjects interest me . Economics is one of my subjects which I can study well and I always tend to score the highest scores in it. But I'm not that interested

Elavil causing brain fog ? Treatment for fibromyalgia needed
My fibromyalgia started after a viral infection (viral labyrinthitis- an inner ear infection). My head felt very heavy and then my generalized muscle aches started. 30 years later my body is very stiff and sore all over which causes me difficulty sleeping. I have found no medication that helps- Elavil

Synarel and very late cycle, help please!
We started a cycle last month but it was cut short just before my first scan (sperm issues). We were on long protocol and taking Synarel. My period was late last month by 6 days and I felt all the side effects of feeling moody, heavy, bloated from using Synarel. This month I started Synarel again.

Can Ubiquinol and other muscle supplements CAUSE muscle aches?
Hi All Tried 100 mgs Ubiquinol yesterday before my regular Sunday 60 m ride. And, unexpectedly, had the worst ride in a very long time! I've tried ubiquinol in the past, with nil effect, good or bad. Any ideas what caused this please? I have also (recently) had similar bad results with other supplements

Glad to be part of an understanding group
Hi there I feel that this path is so long. Began in 2004 with bilateral mastectomy and TAC chemo. Then in 2014 tumor markers high pet scan showed bone meets. Faslodex added to Arimidex and now Ibrance is replacing Arimidex. Sometimes I feel that instead of the side effects I'd rather live my life free

Anyone had this?
My recent FET ended in a chemical pregnancy and I stopped Cyclogest and Progynova on Tuesday evening. However, my boobs are still so sore and seem to be getting worse everyday. I can't even walk at the moment they are so sore! Has this happened to anyone and if so how long did it take for them to ease

I really want to keep positive on this journey and believe I will be here to see my girls grow up - just need to figure out how to do that! My background

In Pursuit Of Restful Sleep And Help For Nocturia
One topic that seems to come up regularly on this forum is the issue of poor sleep or insomnia and it seems very common in PWP so I thought I would try another experiment to see if I could improve on my current sleep regimen and if I could, I wanted to share that information here on the forum. On that

New Member - De Novo MBC
Hi everyone, My name is Anna and I am new to the forum. Diagnosed in March 2019 with MBC straight out of the gate at 65 with 4 small bone mets on ribs and pelvis. Was quite a shock since I was completely asymptomatic! I’m ashamed to admit it but I had never had a mammogram (lesson learned the hard way

Recently diagnosed metastatic
Hello everyone I'm caroline, 39 and in the UK. July 2015 I was diagnosed with primary Her2 positive BC, had mastectomy, chemo, herceptin injections for 12 months, and radiotherapy, treatment ended Feb 2016 with NED. I had a bone scan just before lockdown here as I'd had the odd niggle of discomfort
