Rt3 concerns and low vitamin levels
Well it revealed I have bacterial imbalance leaky gut and I might have
SIBO
too (it gave indications) now waiting for
SIBO
test to be done and candida test. Also it showed Iam deficient in vitamin b12 ferritin (I checked last time was 24) and magnesium and all the other b vitamins in borderline .

Has anyone tried Hydroxyzine?
And I have been taking herbals to get rid of
SIBO
. I don't know if it is a coincidence, but I have not had even a twinge of restless legs in a while. I just saw my gastroenterologist this week and he is not happy that I am on LDN.

Can stress ownself be the CAUSE of SIBO? I am not sure that i developed sibo after an accute infection. Im looking for my underlying cause
Pimentel says that the most of ibs is due to
SIBO
, and the most of
sibo
is due to a damage in the MMC (movements who sweeps after digestion). This damage is due to an episode of gastrointestinal infection (salmonella, giardia...) but i am not sure if this is my case.

Brain fog? Could it be probiotics?
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/08/180806095213.htm It’s a small scale study, but it does show quite a link between probiotics and brain fog, as well as
SIBO
.

It seems I might have SIFO(small intestine fungal overgrowth) which affect thyroid function as does
SIBO
. Had thyroid tests on dialysis method done as normal tests vary too much. But surprise surprise lab tested them normally...how difficult it can be to read the lab referral!!!

I am confident that the abdominal bloating is related to
SIBO
. I know this is connected to my thyroid issues, but don’t know how to connect the dots. Any and all help would be Muchly appreciated.

Reposting of comments on depression and the gut. How to heal the gut naturally
He also did a
sibo
test and it flatlined for hydrogen where normal guts' bacteria produce it after drinking the solution. He does have a strange bacteria at very high concentations called corynebacterium amycolatum which apparently is fairly resistent to a lot of antibiotics, and it feeds on mannitol!

7 weeks on Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
I have also been diagnosed with
SIBO
and have read that some people are careful to eliminate that condition before starting LDN. Several LDN websites sent me encouraging research that it is actually helping with various digestive disorders.

B12 Injections not absorbed
I have
SIBO
, so I can see how absorption of the Magnesium and B1 would be impacted. However I don’t understand why my B12 isn’t higher. Any thoughts? Any advice on dealing with the
SIBO
? Thanks, Sita

Thank you all for sharing!
I’ve done a colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, passed a
SIBO
test and a Geneva diagnostics stool test (malabsorption and lipase low, pancreas blood test later said it is fine)..scopies show inflamation and one showed signs of maybe ulcerative proctitis.
