Anyone out there with Asthma who has survived COVID19? Would be interesting to hear how the asthma symptoms were affected and was any additional treatment required on top of routine asthma drugs?

Do all asthmatics displaying covid-19 symptoms need to get tested?
I was under the impression that unless under extremely high risk eg
severe
asthma
, organ recipient, multiple health issues etc that everyone else should just self isolate and only call 111 if symptoms severe.

Asthma?
I have
severe
asthma
so at the back of my mind I’m thinking asthma, I asked his dr when we last went and she said it could just be the cold weather irritating his throat making him cough.

Hi I was diagnosed 2 years ago with clear cell ovarian cancer and had 6 rounds of carbo taxol after a hysterectomy.I went to UCLH in london who discovered I did not have clear cell in March 2019 but germ cell yolk sac. I then needed more surgery and they found a new lesion that tested positive. Because

Asthma?
I was diagnosed with asthma less than two years ago. I was dealing with a cough that wouldn't go away and wheezing and really having a hard time breathing, even when I wasn't active. I was prescribed advair, singular, cough medicine with antihistamine, and claritin, and or zrytec. It wasn't much help

Posture
Good evening all, hope everyone is well. Just a quick query. So whilst I'm still in limbo land with my potential diagnosis, and not knowing much about asthma, I was just wondering if posture affects breathing with asthma? I've noticed recently that if I slouch on the couch I get a little more breathless

Asthma and Chest Pains
Hi all, I've had asthma since i was born and it was fairly controlled until 4 weeks ago. I started having stabbing chest pains (not chest tightness) and shortness of breath. I had no fever but i did have a sore throat a couple of days after. I was in and out of hospital and was told its probably a chest

New user: unusual asthma symptoms
Hi, I am 41 and was diagnosed 2 years ago. After years of complaining if extreme tiredness and pain in bones I had flu and only when my symptoms were exacerbated I realized that my tiredness was chest tightness. Usually I have no other symptoms, just tired and slight chest tightness, which make it difficult

Asthma cured??
Has anyone managed to keep asthma away by eliminating wheat and dairy from their diet. Or does anyone know of any studies done on this?

Asthma Newby Seeking Advice
I’m relatively new to the problems with Asthma and would be grateful for some advice. I was diagnosed with Asthma 4 years ago and for the majority of that time I took 1 puff of my inhaler in the morning and never had any symptoms in just under 4 years. At the end of last October I had a viral infection

What was your mobility like when you were discharged home?
So my Dad has been in hospital 7 weeks, 6 of which have been in ICU after suffering a ruptured aneurysm. He also has a stoma after some of his large bowel died and he later developed pneumonia from ventilator. Now he is on medical ward but not mobile and with alot of muscle wasting. I am worried because
