Anxiety virus (asthma)

I’ve been freaking out about this virus and having anxiety and asthma doesnt help and I always feel like I’m dying or something is wrong with me anyone!??

I think there are so many of us at the moment feeling the same way so you are not alone

I have asthma to as well as a few other things and yes it worries you

It sounds like you have Health Anxiety in genera which again then adds another issue on top of the one's we are already suffering from as with HA we see the worse scenario no matter what

Have you spoken to your Doctor and maybe tried medication or therapy ?

Going on You tube and putting something like Deep relaxation in and practising those techniques can help , I have started to try and make every effort to do that every day normally before bed

Others will have some great suggestions when they see your post but wanted to let you know you are not alone and there is always someone to talk to

Bless your heart! I've been trying to avoid any mention of it like it's the plague. Also, we're washing hands a LOT, and I made a huge supply of elderberry syrup to help keep our immune systems strong.

Have you heard about using virtual reality to help treat anxiety and depression? You can get a lot from Google but you may find actual studies at Google scholar.
