Methylcobalamin in dry form from Oxford Biosciences
After buying the above I have now received the sterile saline solution from Germany - thank you Wedgwood for your advice! I have followed the instructions from Oxford Bio but would just like to clarify a couple of points. As I wrapped the foil around the vial the foil split so the vial was exposed

Journey so far
Sorry for a long post - does anyone have the same issues/advice? I have always had irregular periods and very extreme pain on day 1 of my periods (have to go to bed until the pain is over - sometimes feels like what I imagine labour contractions to be, in waves, & sometimes constant stabbing). For

Have you had a 3D SIS scan? How's it different to a saline infusion scan?
Sorry for the multiple posts this week Can anyone help answer this? I asked my clinic for a 3D SIS scan which they agreed to. But when they put my appointment details in writing, it said I had been booked in for a Saline Infusion Scan. I have been on the phone to them and they say these are 2 different

Can these failures all caused by a single polyp? Help please! (4th failed transfer potentially...)
Hello my dear IVF warriors! No good news again I am afraid... My 9DPT5DT HCG blood level came back as <1. Even though doctor suggested to continue with meds but I know my chance for this round is slim. We had Hysteroscopy + PGS tested embryo + intralipid + HCG flush. However it is still failing

46 years old, married, no kids. Saw my urologist last week. I have a Gleason score of 6 (3+3) (Grade Group 1) with the cancer in one core (out of 12) and 21% of the core. What are my next steps? My instinct is to get surgery immediately but I really want kids but do not have any kids yet. My urologist

Postive ANA?
Hi, I recently had a postive ANA result (1:160 speckled) alongside elevated CRP. Few years ago had tests that my GP said were indicative of lupus (abnormal urine sample, elevated serum creatine and elevated lupus anti coag) he said if I felt okay to just leave it thereā¦ Since 2020 I have felt gradually

Navage?
Many of us (most?) suffer from sinus issues and we have our own tools to deal with these issues. My weapons of choice are Saline spray followed by Flonase before I go to bed. Works pretty well except for right now during allergy season. However, I've been hearing many advertisements for the Navage

What to do
I have had my 6day embryo transfer 8 days ago and my clinic told me I could do the blood test tomorrow, but it would be better do to it on Monday the 19th. Today is my partners birthday, so I did a urine test and it came out negativeā¦ My question is, the result will most likely not change, so should

NHS medication requested from GP surgery
I expect we all have repeat scripts showing when we can request regular medication, and when it was last issued, the date we can request more, and date when review is due. Most of my items were due for review on Thursday 2 March 2023. However nothing has happened, except with my antibiotic Azithromycin

Can I improve or stop progression of CKD
I will be 85 this July. I regularly see my nephrologist every 6 months for CKD and my Hematologist every 4 months for MGUS. And my primary about every 4 months. They all order blood and urine testing to monitor my progress and status. I watch YouTube videos of Nephrologists and Renal Dieticians.

Mum is 94, started going downhill 8 weeks or so ago, tired, more short of breath than normal and sputum hard to clear and change of colour. Started her Co-amoxiclav but 8 days on no improvement so

Polypoid Endometrium? Anyone?
Happy Saturday everyone!.. I had a 3D saline scan during an IVF cycle and the consultant said he could see no scarring, no polyps or fibroids. During the scan, he said there was some lining irregularity but it was within the normal range. But he could see nothing that would cause pregnancy loss. Anyway
