Is it ok to take all of NDT dose once a day instead of twice a day?
Just started on 2 grains of Armour NDT, 3 weeks ago. I have been taking 1 grain first thing and 2cnd grain between 2-3pm as advised by Thyroid specialist. (Prior to this I was on 87.5 Levothyroxine and 10 Liothyronin.)My health has dipped a bit over the last few days plus my body seems to have difficulty

Do you take Adrenal Support?
What do you take please and is it helping? Seeking views because I have done two adrenal saliva tests in Feb 2023 and 2024 and both were low, showing adrenal fatigue stage II. Iāve been on NDT Armour for a year and my FT3 has increased to mid-upper range. The private thyroid Dr didnāt increase

New prescription of ERFA with levo decrease
Hi everyone I've recently had my first consult with a recommended Endo on TUK list and also some people in my local thyroid group. Mostly good reviews but one person unhappy with him. He's putting me on NDT as says I'm not converting FT4 to FT3 as I suspected. So sorry its so long, I've tried to ask

Hi everyone ā¤ļø A gp as just rang asking me to see her today at 4.45, I have no doubt this is in relation to the letter I wrote to the practice manager in the awful treatment I have received by the surgery concerning synthetic thyroid medication they have been pushing on me the last 5 years. Advice T3 vs TSH levels
Hi All - I've been following advice on supplements and timing of tests but NHS has problems with results and need advice as what to do - I take Armour NDT with Levo. Haven't had a conversation with them about it, changing practices and moving back to the states for a period of time but will be back

Recent iron results - not sure what to do now
Hi everyone, I've recently had an iron panel (NHS) after 10 weeks of supplementing with 1 then 2 x Three arrows per day, as well as taking cacao liquid (as recommended here) in the hope of increasing my stubbornly low ferritin. However I'm not sure how to read the results so any advice very welcome

Considering roseway labs for t3 mono
I switched to t3 mono therapy back in March from NDT and Iām feeling so much better on it. I am looking for a uk prescriber who will supply. Do Roseway labs work with t3 mono does anyone know please? And how does their system work. Iāve looked on the website and it looks like you have a consultation

Hydrocortisone before blood test
I have a 9am blood test tomorrow to coincide with my docās follow up in a fortnight. Iāve had a terrible time with 2 grains of NDT and have returned to using hydrocortisone at 5mg am 2.5 lunchtime alongside 1/2 armour at bedtime. 1/2 armour is all I can manage without crashing. The HC brings immediate

Gp just called about NDT at Newcastle š¤¦
Hi everyone ā¤ļø Firstly feeling good stomach wise on the rosway labs NDT š as I said I don't expect to be doing cartwheels down the road just yetš because I still fell tired and fatigued, obviously my TSH was 45.66 on May 31st so I reckon it's going to take some time for me to start to get some energy

It is a similar question to many. where to buy? with lab results
I wont but vitamins Bit D antibodies here (as apart from folate) cannot produce methyl folate, B12, Vit D all midrange big (ferritin is always high so might get tested for iron overload), never ever any thyroid antibodies. I will just post the thyroid today, before covid on 3 grains NDT and 2 Grains
