Advice T3 vs TSH levels

Hi All -

I've been following advice on supplements and timing of tests but NHS has problems with results and need advice as what to do - I take Armour NDT with Levo. Haven't had a conversation with them about it, changing practices and moving back to the states for a period of time but will be back in UK eventually. I will want to go private when I come back if there is no shift with NHS T3 policy. But what do I do when changing practices?

NHS wasn't happy with B12 or TSH. Tried altering Thyroid meds but affects joints so trying to please them hopeless. T3 has always helped Achilles tendons.

Latest results T3 dropping and feeling more tired etc on lower dose - don't like being over medicated but need a tweak more but don't know if add T3 or more NDT.

Free T4 - 18.9 Range 12.0 - 22.0

Free T3 - 4.9 Range 3.1 - 6.8

B-12 Active - 110 Range: 37.5 - 188

Free T4 - 16.9 - Range 12.0 - 22.0

MCV - 96.8 - Range 80-99 first time in Range in 4years so NHS request to stop supplementing frustrating - take Thorne Bs.

Serum B12 - H 975 - Range 197 - 771

Levo Aristo 62.5 Armour 60 (moving up to Armour 75 with these results but Levo have to break up to get to 62.5 so challenging)

Magnesium - 1.0 - NORMAL RANGE 0.7 - 1.0

TSH - L 0.18 - Range 0.27 - 4.20

Free T4 - 16.0 - Range 12.0 - 22.0

Free T3 - 4.1 - Range 3.1 - 6.8

Cortisol (Random) - 442.0 Range 6am - 10am 166 - 507

Is Cortisol normal or too high - I'm a bad sleeper
