CBD in lieu of anti convulsants
I take 500mg of Keppra twice a day to control my clonic tonic seizures. I’ve been told this is a low dose, but it has been affective in keeping me seizure free. Has anyone had experience with weening themselves off of Keppra (or other anti convulsants) and replacing with CBD?

Levetiracetam (Keppra) to help in some cases of RLS.
Tim61, I posted recently about withdrawing from Pramipexole, which I’m doing at the moment, not very nice. My GP eventually discovered I was suffering with myoclonic jerks, not restless leg syndrome. I saw him yesterday’ & he has agreed to try keppra ( levetiracetam) 250mg at night. I took the first

Hi everyone! I'm new to this group and I have a very interesting medical history. I was wondering if anyone possibly shared my story. So here goes...I got epilepsy out of nowhere when I was 19 (of course I had just bought my first car). Doctors could not find a medicine that my body would not reject

Keppra slow release, possible?
I only started taking Keppra on 22nd September 2018, but I were just wondering if anyone knows if you can get 'Slow Release' keppra, like you can get slow release Tegretol, ie, Tegretol Retard. Thanks in advance.

Myoclonic Seizures
Hello there! My 23 year old daughter has been diagnosed after 6 years with Myoclonic Epilepsy. The doctor said her EEG was not typical for this diagnose be closely related. She will be going to a Epilitologist for a second opinion. Meanwhile, he put her on a drug called Keppra. My daughter feels worse

Epilim to Keppra
My wife has terrible shaking with Epilim and through our GP we are trying to ditch the Ep and move on to Keppra. Does one come off the ep entirely? We are on 150mg Lamotrigine, 400mg Epilim and 1000mg Keppra. Would the 400mg Epilim still cause shaking/tremors?

Hello! I am new to this!
Dear Anyone who has suffered from Subarrachnoid Haemorrhage...It is a year ago since I collapsed with SAH aged 46 and ended up at Kings Hospital London who saved my life with coiling. I have made remarkable progress but can anyone here tell me if you they suffer from sudden hours of feeling truly ghastly

More control
I have some days clear of fits. Other days I have several slumps, or occasional tonic clonic fits caused by bright light, loud noise or more emotion, both good and bad, roughly 25 times each month. An epilepsy specialist suggested I take more vitamin D after having a blood test. I may notice a trigger

My situation
Hi, I’ve just joined this site. I’m currently on zonisamide, clobazam & Keppra which I have fully been on for 2 1/2 months. Hadn’t appreciated the possible side effects of Keppra which I experienced & still have moments, having switched from lamotrigine (happy pill feeling).
