Epilim to Keppra

My wife has terrible shaking with Epilim and through our GP we are trying to ditch the Ep and move on to Keppra. Does one come off the ep entirely? We are on 150mg Lamotrigine, 400mg Epilim and 1000mg Keppra. Would the 400mg Epilim still cause shaking/tremors?

There seem to be two major sites on HU. If you use the “My Hub” button and then Browse Communities, you will see them. I don’t know which one may be best. The link I posted it for one of them.
