Meanwhile I’m taking 3 docusate a day and 2 senna at night. I hardly have bowel movements. Feel constantly bloated, having severe crampy spasms in left lower back. Does anyone else suffer like this. I try drinking hot water in the morning. I find that prunes and fibre don’t really help.

By noon I am feeling a bit better (will give lunch a miss though). i expect nause will clear by mid afternoon as usual Bowels not really clearing despite taking 2 Senna tablets, 4 docusate tablets and daily dose of lactulose.

Does anyone else use dicotyl/docusate and or mebedeverine for bowel issues?
