What tests should I take?
Female age 72. Sleeping has been a problem for many years, a bit better after starting to take Selenium. Cold feet and bottom again for a few years, especially in bed. Increasing fatigue and very soft stools. Puffy eyelids. Have a good organic diet, enough exercise, I am an enthusiastic allotmenter

Hi All, As I just made a post with my update on NDT (good T3 and T4 levels, but TSH is 0.017, so too low), I received my latest anti-bodies results. And they went up! I've heard some people shared how their anti-bodies went up as well on NDT. Yes, I'm on a gluten-free, whole food diet, been on

FSH going from 8 to 43 just in few weeks while preparing for a FET, is it temporary or menopause?
Hi Ladies Can anyone help put a light to my issue of FSH going from 8 to 43 just in 2-3 weeks while I was doing tests before a frozen transfer. I am devastated as I cannot find a logic to this. Background I am preparing for a FET cycle but my hormons all of a sudden messed up besides my thin lining

Back in range 🕺🏼👏
Feels like a minor triumph. I’ve been over range for some time. Symptoms weren’t noticeable at first, bit hot (I’m always a bit sweaty), bit unstoppable, bundles of energy, motivation and drive. Bit achey but that’s common for me, recovery after a busy was quicker than before, bounced out of bed

iron test results help please
I must admit that even after a few years, while I mostly understand my thyroid test results, my iron tests continue to confuse me - I just can’t seem to get my head around the significance of the different parts. So I wondered if someone who actually understands could please explain in really simple
