I'm sorry - I take neither so have no recommendations.
However, it is important to recognise that it is easy to take too much selenium. Our actual requirement is quite low.

I have been taking Thorne brand Zinc Picolinate 30mg as I tested my zinc and copper and there was an inbalance.
At the moment I'm seeing a nutritionist and she has recommended taking zinc for 3 months and then switching to a supplement that contains both zinc & copper.
Do you have test results for these minerals?
