Is It Time For A New Endo
After posting my test results in this thread https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/146857300/thyroid-test-results-requesting-dosage-increase?responses=146862026 The consensus advice was to ask the Endo to provide T3 to help lower my cholesterol. Any tips on starting T3?
I have recently been prescribed liothyrine (privately). 2.5mcg three times daily, first thing, an hour before lunch and at 3pm is what has been suggested. I take 150mcg of levothyroxine daily (in the morning) too. Just wondering if there any tips/suggestions experiences that people could share with me

Blood results help
I have had hashimotos now for 8 years. I developed it post partum and was positive for TPO antibodies. Labs previously tested have only ever been TSH and T4, only TPO antibodies at initial diagnosis, have never looked at T3 or antibodies again. Anyway generally feel ok but weight loss still a problem

Newbie needs some test results help.
Hi everyone, I would appreciate some help/advice with these results. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in October last year and put on 40mg of Carbimazole which caused Cholestatic Jaundice and made me pretty ill. I had a thyroidectomy in December and was put on 150mcg of Levothyroxine after my surgery

Yet again, could you have a look at these results?
hi all, it seems like once a year I reappear asking for your help. It really is appreciated. Yet again I've started feeling rough, totally exhausted and awful brain fog, muscle ache. Did medichecks and got the below results (I forgot to stop my vit D and B12 supplements before the test, not sure if that

Selenium in the Therapy of Neurological Diseases. Where is it Going? 2016
Is anybody taking selenium? I started taking it (with Inositol) in an effort to lower my thyroid antibodies (I have HT), but I've been searching more and it seems to be helpful in most autoimmune diseases. Maybe. Some people think PD is an autoimmune disease. Here is the article: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

When to take vitamins + iron recommendation?
Hi all Can anyone recommend the best iron supplement to take and when/how it should be taken in the day? I take 100 thyroxine and 10mcg T3 in the morning, 10mcg T3 in afternoon (around 3pm), am also about to start taking a B complex, selenium and separate b12. I am confused about the best way to schedule

Yes, Somic67 posted this same video 11 months ago. https://healthunlocked.com/cure-parkinsons/posts/144253830/pd-caused-by-fungus But I just saw the video, we get a lot of new people here, and I have some thoughts on this. I'm also going to pilfer from the LAJ12345 comment on the thread and their link

Let’s start the week with one of my most favorite combination of powerful health beneficial veggies dish! 🌱😋❤️
Hello everyone, hope you have a great start of the week! 🤗 Today for Lunch, I sauté sliced Mushrooms and bitter melons in sesame oil and seeds with plenty of garlics and green onions. It is a simple dish but packed with health benefits and I enjoyed these gifts of Mother Nature. To me, that’s the true

Unable to get out of hypothyroid state no matter what!
i have quite the story. In 2018 I (mistakingly, I didn’t know how to properly lose weight then) crash dieted and dropped a ton of weight over a year. Because of this seriously extended caloric restriction, my body really got upset. I became hypothyroid with a low Total T3, low Free T4, but still a normal
