Can anyone recommend the best iron supplement to take and when/how it should be taken in the day?
I take 100 thyroxine and 10mcg T3 in the morning, 10mcg T3 in afternoon (around 3pm), am also about to start taking a B complex, selenium and separate b12.
I am confused about the best way to schedule in these vitamins to ensure there is no interaction and to keep them away from T3 also.
Any advice very welcome!
Thanks

Have you done the iron panel? What were the results?

Did you check for signs of B12 deficiency with the links I gave you last time? Do you have any? If so you need further testing because you may need B12 injections with an Active B12 level of 52.
My GP won't do further testing because they say my results are normal and it isn't something I can afford to do myself. I am going to have to try and manage it with the knowledge I have from my existing tests unfortunately.
You shouldn't self supplement iron as too much leads to toxicity and too much iron is as bad as too little. If you do take iron tablets then it's important to regularly monitor your results every 2-3 months.
You haven't answered the question about whether or not you have any signs or symptoms of B12 deficiency. You might want to check out the first video listed here, "Documentary on B12", you only need to watch abut 5 minutes or so to get the idea:
