Tramadol warning
After taking it for a couple of months I had a
seizure
resulting in being hospitalised for a week and dislocating my shoulder (never had a
seizure
before, I'm 46) while in hospital having tests to see why I had the
seizure
they continued giving me tramadol.

Seizure dreams...
Hey group, I wanted to put this out to the group to see if anyone else has experienced this. This only happens to me once in awhile so I didn't really think about it till I had one last night. What happens is I'll be sleeping and In my dream I'll feel like I'm dying, mind is out of control and body is

What should I do?!!?!?!??!
(The bad thought being something related to me dying by heart attack, or brain tumor, or me having a
seizure
, etc) I wasn't going out, and still am not, so I became agoraphobic. Of course occasionally I would go out, but no more than 5 times a month.

I AM NOT SERONEGATIVE!
After 3 weeks of severe stomach pain and a nervous system that had gone really, really wonky, I had a
seizure
in an ER in NYC. They had no answers and so treated me as if I was a psych case, even though I had been previously diagnosed with lupus.

I was hospitalised for
seizure
in May and syncope/heart attack in August, I had a loop reveal monitor fitted after heart attack was ruled out and myocarditis was found after an angiogram.

Faecal CALPROTECTIN Test
I always have to wait over a month for appointment, despite heart issues and
seizure
etc. The test was two months ago and I have to wait over a math for appointment. I have to manually evacuate my bowel and recently there is bright red blood in the stools. Am I over worrying at the test result?

Seems like I belong here, at last??
I n march, I had a hard
seizure
with convulsions and uncinsciousness, so I had to leave in my driving license for at least six months. At least, I hope that I will get a diagnosis when I have been to Oslo, for over a year of uncertainty is now more than I can bear.

Blackouts?
It's happened a few times and I'm pretty sure I've been coming round from a
seizure
of some kind too during a couple of these "blackouts." I spoke to a doctor about this (not my gp) and she almost seemed to dismiss me.. Said it was down to pain barrier and just my bodies way of coping?

The neurologist is of the belief that I may have had a
seizure
of some description so has stopped me from driving for 6 months, not great when you are self employed but with two very small children safety is paramount.

Sad and anxious
Last night my Mom had a
seizure
and is in the hospital. Not sure how much more stress I can take😥. It's one thing after another. How am I supposed to be calm and deal with anxiety/depression when bad things keep happening???

Saw the neurologist on Tuesday who has told me that I had a major epileptic
seizure
, and that what I have thought for 8 years were migraines, turns out to be a form of epilepsy in my waking hours!

Bobby And The Vet...
Apparently it's not uncommon for older dogs to have an epileptic
seizure
or fit...Suzy could do reams of tests but she says she's unwillingly to do that unless Bobby has more fits...if he does, to take him back and she'll keep him there for a few days while she investigates further...

Sick Sinus Syndrome
Since I have had 2 further blackouts with the latest one diagnosing that I had a
seizure
. I have been left with more chest discomfort and periods of shortness of breath, not down to any exericise. I had no joy with the hospital so decided to use my private medical insurance to get a 2nd opinion.

My mother and I
Everything from things heavier than morphine to methadone and lyrica, and many
seizure
medications. I've also had a couple procedures done like spinal taps, and had different types of physical therapy.
