I have a brain lesion & since having surgery 8 yrs ago have only had 2 Tonic Clonic’s which have since been completely controlled with Lamotrigine. 2 wks ago I had a partial
seizure
whereby I had a rising feeling & felt similar head sensation prior to Tonic clonic.

Help for my Dad
Previous to the the autoimmune diagnosis he was diagnosed with partial absence seizures and was on
seizure
medication. He had confusion, loss of memory and balance problems. The
seizure
meds were stopped after the encephalitis diagnosis.

I also have a
seizure
disorder so I’m unable to drive and it’s very difficult for me to leave my apartment. This is my first post. I’m just looking for people to connect with that have similar issues or are familiar with these issues.

headache instead of a seizure?
Hi so i am 20 years old and i have had mild epilepsy since i was very young, i can’t remember exactly when i was diagnosed. i haven’t had a
seizure
in about 7 years but i’m not sure if that is because it is quite easy to avoid my trigger(fast flashing lights) or if i have grown out of the epilepsy. today

Clonazepam withdrawal and seizure frequency
Could this mean, that the culprit behind the
seizure
-series is Clonazepam? Can Clonazepam withdrawal cause this increase in the
seizure
frequency?

Does anybody know how much it will cost to remove a upper molar, left hand side? I live in Northern Ireland, I suppose Dentist privately?
I have a broken skull, irreparable brain damage, if I have another
seizure
, probably my last. The tooth has been hurting for a month, probably rotten from the inside.

CT scan
He did have tests years ago after his first
seizure
. But for years his seizures have never been fully under control. I don't think that the medication is working. He has had his medication pushed up to their maximum blood levels. Now all of a sudden a doctor wants him to get a CT scan.

Post brain injury hallucinations?
He has been on anti
seizure
medication since the incident. So along with possible side effects of the medication, and what I believe could be PTSD from all that has happened, I am wondering if anyone else has experienced visions, or fearful incidences following brain injury.

Restless Legs 'attacks'
It feels almost like a kind of
seizure
. I can feel it fizzing in my nerves all over and giving me a bit of brain fog. A bit like overdosing on strong coffee. Then it subsides and I'm OK again. It can come on any time of day. Hope you're all doing as well as you can.

my husband just had his third
seizure
in two months ! CAT scan and bloodwork were all clear. He has orthostatic hypotension but this morning it was 117/75. Lasted a few seconds. He doesn’t remember it ! Neurologist thinks it’s due to low BP. Anyone else?? Thx!

Im worried incase it triggers a

, as epilepsy nurse told me that viruses can trigger seizures. In general, i feel lousy and anxiety is through the roof. Got a lot going on with hubby also, he had an emergency appendictomy in January.

Initial diagnosis Ataxia but then a Brain Tumour
I’m currently checked every 6 months and on anti
seizure
medication after having my first
seizure
hours after surgery. I’m really grateful to still be alive as I was advised I only had 6 months to live as my symptoms were getting a lot worse. They think the tumour had been growing for 15-20 years.
