Hello. I am in the U.S and do not know rules on a provisional license in the U.K, but if I were to lose my Drivers license in the U.S, due to a seizure, I would have to go without a seizure for 6 months, along with a form signed my my neurologist, in order to be issued a license again. The only way to do so is you would reapply for the license, state it was taken due to a seizure, pay the fee, and receive a new license. They should have a record as to way it was taken. Unfortunately, there is no way of avoiding the fee for a new license. Not in the U.S, I doubt anywhere.
Hi, you need to apply to the DVLA to get your provisional license back. Forms should be online. The DVLA will contact your GP to confirm you have been seizure free so it will take a while.
