Do you ever just not want to bother anyone else? I do, I'd almost would rather suffer in silence. I've been suffering with depression, anxiety, and adhd. The last year has been the worst after a seperation from my ex fiance with 2 kids involved. I self isolate myself and try to ignore everything. I

Hello, have many UK people found it easy or hard to get Buprenorphine px by GP to control pain from RLS? I have been withdrawing from Pramepexole and using only codeine however it is now not effective in controlling my pain. I have a GP appointment in a few days and was going to ask for Buprenorphine

ANXIETY DISORDER AND PANIC DISORDER
Hello Great people! I’ve just been diagnosed with anxiety disorder and panic disorder. And it’s affecting my daily functioning and I can’t focus , I’m scared, worrying about unnecessary things. Is it curable? Any help to survive this situation , perhaps things I could do to help me straighten up. Thank

a beautiful practice
over the years I have done yoga in many different studios but it did very little for me. Before ptsd it was the key to my happiness, and after my body was too tense and stuck in fight or flight to let the postures in. This kind of yoga is what I need. Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCJfXwm97rw

Relationship advice
I have been with my husband for 31 years, we've had a lot of rough times along the way. When I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago it led to a better understanding between us but within 6 months my brother (who I was estranged from, as well as my mother) hung himself. My world was blown apart and

Buprenorphine and Nausea
Basically I successfully use buprenorphine (0.4mg/da) to block RLS but the resultant nausea is a serious well known side affect. I have been well guided by many on this site as to how to combat the nausea and have tried many of the suggested solutions except for me the last resort medical cannabis.
