What to Do?
My son has suffered from anxiety\depression since he was in the 4th grade. I dont think he has never been honest with therapists, or us for that matter, whenever me and his mother would meet with therapist and relay behaviors, they would seem surprised and confused. He graduated HS this spring and now

Depression and thyroid
I know there is connection between depression and hypothyroidism ( been on100mgm levothyroxine for years) but many doctors don't seem to want to address this. I have arranged a private test because my GP always says my results are normal, so there's nothing more to discuss. I feel l need to know

Is this heaven?
Over the years I've seen bits and pieces while channel surfing. But I always thought Field Of Dreams was a stupid idea for a movie so never watched it beginning to end. Today I caught the last 15 minutes and bawled like a baby. I blame the Parkinson's effect on my brain. So one more sign of

Daytime Parahypnagogia
Hi all, I wondered what your thoughts were on this phenomenon and has anyone else experienced it? Apparently it occurs in 10 - 15% of people. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/8693347_Daytime_parahypnagogia_A_state_of_consciousness_that_occurs_when_we_almost_fall_asleep The description is this

Wishing I Was Someone Else
At one point in the recent past, I was suicidal. I overcame that dark season thanks to my dog and close friends who showed me such love and support. Yet now, even with their continued presence in my life, I feel the same self-loathing that has followed me for well over a decade. I no longer wish to die

Will I develop AFib if I have sleep apnea?
Does being diagnosed with sleep apnea automatically mean I will have AFib? Super anxious here. I’m 19 and awaiting on a sleep apnea test in July. Don’t know how long I have it but do recall episodes of shallow breathing when I was younger.

wiped out after second pfizer jab
Ten days after my second pfizer jab i went dowhill rather quickly. Exhaustion, stiffness and pain in lower back, buttocks and groin. I have been getting flares regularly over the last year, this seems to be much worse. I've gone up to 21mgs deflazacort which doesn't seem to do much. I'm left pretty

I want to recommend EMDR and Prazosin for PTSD
They both work pretty good! ESPECIALLY EMDR, it even helped me with my fear of heights and now I can ride roller coasters! Prazosin is an RX for flashbacks.

What a difference 48 hours makes. W4R3
After my awful run on Wednesday , I was a little worried about today's run. I scouted out a different route from my previous runs for today's , so I had no negative thoughts.......... So set off early this morning, a bit cooler and a slight wind and I felt good from the first step. I completed both

Anxiety/depression/trouble eating
How do any of you deal with loss of appetite with depression/anxiety? For me, it makes me more anxious when I can’t eat and worry about losing weight. Vicious cycle. 😩

It's not really a question
I have had to put in a complaint regarding my diagnosis for unstable emotional personality behaviour disorder. I've rang and rang and asked all questions that I can only to be ignored. Even my own doctor has said that I'm doing the all the right things he has even said he's sending a email as he wants
