Vaginal hysterectomy and bladder prolapse repair.
3 weeks after a vaginal hysterectomy and bladder prolapse repair , I’m ok around the house but once I go out and wander around shops ( while my husband gets the food we need) I start to get crampy pains . I bit like period pains with lower back pain too. Is this normal? My Doctor signed me off work

I hope I’m not rambling too much when I say this. I had been on period delay medication while we were on holiday in November and came of that and had my first period on 11th of December 11 days after my normal date and no chance of pregnancy then. My cycles are between 36/40 days as I have endometriosis

Osteopoenia/osteoporosis
Just received my bones density scan results which shows osteopoenia. GP wants to follow up to discuss treatment options and try to coordinate with my rheumy. Does anyone have suggestions? I read that certain drugs like Fosamax interact negatively with Prednisone. Also does anyone wear weights? If so

Had my surgery on Wednesday 3rd . Surgeon was very pleased and so am I. I’m suprisied at how well I feel. Of course I’ve got some pain but nothing that paracetamol can’t get on top of. How have others got on with this procedure? How much should I be doing? I don’t want to undo the good work.x
