Pneumectomy?? Anyone undergone this surgery and what were the results?
My Pulmonologist’s would like to remove the lower lobe of my left lung. I have alpha1 anti-trypsin def and factor V Leiden. It has caused emphysema, copd, bronchiestasis, atelectasis and chronic blood clots - the left lower lobe being the worst and now with Mac pneumonia. I was diagnosed 3 years ago

Is it normal to have wound pain a month after laparoscopy?
Hi everyone! I’m new here. Great to see such an active and supportive community. I had laparoscopy surgery over a month ago, (end of February). My wounds were healing but had ongoing nerve pain. Until this day I still feel pain around the wounds (left and right) mostly stinging and pulling. I was wondering

Scar pains
Hi all I had my first lap for endo in Nov.. I had pretty bad endo so had alot removed. I've healed well but find my belly button scar is sore on the inside if that makes sense. Like a pulling sensation. This mainly happens during my period .... does anyone else get this ... Is it scar tissue maybe...

Episiotomy
I had my baby 5 monhs ago. I had an episiotomy which initially got better. I had an endoscopy 2 days ago as I am still incontinent. This included a vaginal scan (internal) and perineal scan. My episiotomy scar really hurts again. Any advice?

I did it!
Having seen ep and being told to stop Nebivolol and being given 100 of Flecainide as a PIP, I immediately started having several episodes of AF at night. I was anxious about taking the Flecainide as nobody had said have the first tablet monitored. Last night AF started again and no point going to A

To have lap or not?
Hi, I'm new to this so bare with me! I am seriously stuck. I have been suffering with practically all the endo symptoms for ten years and was determined endo was the cause! But after years of negative tests and doctors either fobbing me off with IBS or telling me its all in my head, I was determined

Rule of scars
may I propose a rule of scars If the scar on your leg where they Inserted your catheter (and any attached bruising )has not finished healing then the scarring on your heart probably hasn't either and you will need to adjust your activities accordingly

Still having pain.
I'm almost 10 months post transplant for pbc and still getting quite a lot of pain on right side of my scar and in my back especially if there's any pressure against it(sitting in chair). Am I just looking for problems or is this normal. Thanks in advance 😊

masturbation problem circumcised
hi guys, I have been circumcised almost 10 years ago and my life turned very good after my surgery ( I had phimosis). The only "issue" is that I really don't like being masturbate by girls - or by myself - if I am not using some lubricant because my skin get irritate. Is that normal? I also have psoriasis
