Low sodium
Hi everyone, apparently I have low sodium levels and my GP wants me to limit my fluid intake to under 2litrs a day, preferably 1.5 . I have issues with this. What does anyone else think/ know? I would be grateful for help ☺

Planning a pregnancy with bipolar disorder
Hi all, My partner and I have decided to start trying for a baby towards the end of this year (as I need to come off of sodium valproate before trying). I've had a diagnosis of bipolar 1 since I was seventeen, and am now twenty-five. I've had some very general discussions with my psychiatrist about pregnancy

I've been suffering for over a year now with no new answers as to what's going on with me. I worked a very stressful job last year and it sent me over the edge. I never really had issues with thryoid that I knew of. As my stress increased I got bad insomnia. I couldn't sleep for days. I felt like I was

Breakfast recommendations
My mom seems to be recovering well since she had placed her catheter in. She’s walking around more and less pain. I feel a lot lighter emotionally since, I’ve joined this community and I have you all to thank! I’m curious to see what are some good options for breakfast? For someone that is also diabetic

Covid-19 Stress and High Blood Pressure
Given blood pressure drugs and a little valium to help, but also started on Citalopram 10mg to manage the stress, been on for 3 days but not feeling good with this medication. Thinking of coming off and use up the valium as blood pressure should be back under control. Any comments on the effectiveness

Haven’t been well for 3 months, and endoscopy today was horrific! Does anyone else have these symptoms? Really can’t suffer anymore!
Hello, am a 28 year old female I don’t smoke or drink and am at a healthy weight. 3 months ago I started getting bad pains and pressure just under my breast bone then in my chest and has moved to my back and left rib. I have been on omeprazole and lansoprazole which haven’t helped. I got kept in hospital

What to eat?
I must admit, the pandemic has gotten me into a bit of stress eating. I'm not proud of what I have been eating and am afraid to tell my clinic. Hard to figure out what to eat with all the sodium, phosphorus, potassium restrictions. Found this twitter feed useful. http://twitter.com/stock_my_pantry

My depression and anxiety are getting worse and I don't know how to deal with it. The only meds I have right now are valium and I'm eating through them. I'm having panic attacks every day again.
