Today i had.....
Breakfast, low sodium bacon with kale, 2 fried eggs and mushrooms with a cup of raw cacao hot chocolate made with almond milk.
My mid morning snack was a bowl of onken natural yogurt with added probiotic and walnuts
Lunch was a salmon salad which consists of salmon, spring greens ( also known of collard greens) lettece, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion and a drizzle of walnut oil.
Dinner was a sunday lunch but instead of potatoes i have cauliflower mash and i dont have gravy.
After my dinner i had a low carb brownie made from carob instead of cocoa. I suffer from an overactive bladder as well as ibs and both conditions go crazy if i have too much chocolate so iv been using carob as its caffeine free and is better for my bladder.
I also did a 1hr walk , walking my dog and i did a 1hr session of zumba in my living room.
