Thank you all for talking to me about soda, now I have another question. I've looked through various websites about CKD diets, looked at various recipes and the whys and why nots of what you should and shouldn't eat. Where to buy affordable Enzalutamide?
Only problem is my dad already has had abiraterone many years ago and I would like to add enzalutamide to
radium
223
which has been proven safe and more effective. But in the UK this has not been approved so it would not be considered as treatment as far as I know.

The monster has struck!
Good news this morning -I was told that I might be discharged tomorrow. All my monitors were removed in the morning including the temporary pacemaker and ECG. I went for a couple of walks on the ward which went quite well. I checked my pulse rate manually afterwards and all was steady at about 70bpm

All regular use sublingual opioid medications etc how to protect your teeth.
REGULAR use of sublingual medications, from opioids to Valium etc I break mine into tiny pin head size pieces with a pill cutter. I know 200 mcg Temgesic or 2 mg of Buprenorphine looks very small, however I have followed this process for over 3 years now. - Reasons - Absorption in seconds - Better

How can I gain weight on Kidney friendly diet?
I have CKD Stage 3b and am working with a nutritionist and adhering to a kidney friendly diet, but keep losing weight. I have a high metabolism and have always had a problem keeping weight on, but this diet is not providing me with enough high calorie options. My nutritionist advised me to eat more nuts

Bloods results help please
I went to see my private endo 3 weeks ago and he asked for loads of bloods. I'll post them below but I'm confused as my previous tests on 07/10 showed TSH 2.89 (range 0.35-5.5 um/L) and free T4 14.3 pmol/L (range 10.5-21) - those were done by GPThe last bloods were done on 9/11 at di only a month later

Hi all, especially Sue who I'm hoping can help. I have at last had blood tests which showed my levels were around 50, which she said wasn't that low, but I'm now on Iron 200mg a day, havibg another blood test in January. Also my sodium levels were little low so was told to use more salt on my food.

Valium alternatives
So while in hospital for my barrage of tests etc I was taking high doses of slow K and slow Mag morning and night (magnesium and potassium) and Thiamine (high dose in the morning) and Valium in the morning and at night. The supplements I’ll get a clearer picture of from my nephrologist that originally

Ray Peat & Thyroid Wisdom
Hi all :) I've mentioned a few times on this forum that the Keto/carnivore diet is the reason for my devastating decline into overt hypothyroidism where I became unresponsive to synthetics. Since that time, I've used this forum as well as the teachings of American physiologist Ray Peat to educate myself

blood tests and DXA scan
Following blood tests and a DXA scan I finally have results from the Endo. Re scan it states: T-scores have been reported as -1.3 at the left neck of fear and -1.9 at the lumbar spine. The calculated 10 years probability of a major osteoporotic fracture and that of a hip fracture is below intervention

In short, Jeff’s radiation oncologist felt
radium

Radium

targets the bones and that’s where the cancer progression is as well as his pain. She said she would contact Jeff’s oncologist as well as Dr. Kwon to discuss.

blood test results
hi everyone I’m just going through my last lot of blood results.. ESR 1mm/hr Neutrophils 8.10 (2.1 - 7.4) Lymphocyte count 0.98 (1 - 3.6) Sodium 128 (should be 135+). Are these anything to be concerned about? My GP wasn’t worried - but just said he’ll recheck the sodium in December 🤔 (Apparently
