Recent diagnosis
I have been advised to have a radical prostatectomy and am going in this direction, given my age, the possibility of having
radiotherapy
if I need it in the future and that it should hopefully be a cure. I am concerned about ED and incontinence and have already started Kegel exercises.

Stereotactic ablative radiotherapy for new recurrent prostate cancer nodule.
Is it reasonable to use Stereotactic ablative
radiotherapy
for small local recurrent prostate cancer nodule? And if not successful still use SR at a later date?

am I doing the right thing?
I was also told in a letter that I could have
radiotherapy
as an alternative with a possible cure of 70%. The latter is what I’m opting for rather than surgery. Any advice would be much appreciated. I have an appointment with the oncologist in a few days. Thank you.

Stinging/burning near tip of penis when urinating. Also, small brown sediment in urine.
---This has happened for about a week. Because of rising PSA value, will see a new oncologist next week. Radiation therapy 14 years ago, PSA rising annually, now at 2.5. Also, there is hip and thigh pain, more so at night. And an odd, mild pain in the groin. And a burning lower back pain, only

A New Direction
After seven years of fighting this disease with chemo, radiation, ADT, and abiraterone, I suffer from fatigue, nerve damage and paralysis and nerve pain in my left foot from radiation treatment, as well as depression, and a constant feeling of uncertainty. However, I am now free to let go of the life

Choices after chemo and Xtandi?
Of forgot to say Gad
radiotherapy
10 sessions on 4 vertebres which finished last Friday. Did blood test yesterday to check for BRCA genetics. Are we near the end of treatments or are we at the end of treatments after these two combined chemo’s. Any info would be great, good or bad.

Results of diverticulitis caused by radiation treatments
I had 44 days of external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) to treat prostate cancer over two months. In week four I started getting intense pain and symptoms of diverticulitis. I had diverticulitis twice before, five years and ten years previously so I knew the symptoms. Radiation continued and after

Rising PSA...again..
In December 2017 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer after a biopsy. I ignored the symptoms for many years and it cost me. In February 2018 I had surgery to remove my prostate hoping that would cure me, PSA never went to 0. By December 2019 I was alarmed enough to start ADT with Elegard and in February
