First time breast cancer patient
Two weeks ago, I had a simple mastectomy for Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (non-invasive). I am relieved that they got all of it, but still dealing with a drainage bulb and moderate pain from an infection. Although I've had surgeries before, dealing with cancer is new to me.

Chronic pain
Not sure if I asked this but chronic pain is in primary more than other types? What helps? Trying to try medical marijuana.

Opioids and Cannabis
For those of us using opioids for any reason, this guide written by Doctor Dustin Sulak might be of help. It is clear, concise, and well-referenced. It is chiefly concerned with pain and the opioid epidemic. But, as I consider the symptoms of RLS to be pain, not 'funny feelings', it is appropriate for

Hi Everyone, I'm recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer of the bone. My first go round was 2013 -I had a right mastectomy (18-21 nodes removed) and T + C chemo. Stacked DIEP flap reconstruction. I couldn't tolerate hormonal therapy then so I just did chemo. Bone mets appeared last April-big

Please help me understand my pathology report
This is my first post although I have been avidly reading all the posts here. I am a 41 year old lady who was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma following excision biopsy done on 1June. However one of the resected margins showed cancer cells. Therefore I underwent a total mastectomy and axillary

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new here. June is the anniversary of my lumpectomy, so I've had a year to process what's happened so far and I'm feeling ready to reach out into the community. My breast cancer was picked up on a routine mammogram, there was no lump. The lumpectomy didn't

Seems I only need to be in a dream state to take an erection, last night I lost count but I'm sure I was woken into the double figures, some of which were pretty
